Video Assessment
The Throwing Factory does video assessments of your practice, drills and meets. Send any of the coaches your video and they will break it down, analyze, and coach you through making improvements via voice over to achieve big marks.

Online Lessons
The Throwing Factory provides high level throws training for you from your own home and ring. Set up a live training session (FaceTime, Zoom) that will include a breakdown of your technique and a set of drills to help you improve and achieve big marks. Whether you are a beginner or a high level thrower looking to add distance to your throws, our online training sessions can be scheduled to fit into your day.
